Member Standards
- Our Members need to demonstrate that they hold a Minimum of £2m Public Liability insurance.
- Have First Aid arrangements.
- Pass BORDA’s site inspection
- Pass BORDA’s Test of Knowledge
- Before they can claim “Accredited” member status, display the BORDA logo and be listed on the BORDA website. See membership guide at the bottom of the BORDA contacts page.

BORDA membership is open to Off-Road Driving Centres that offer Recreational & Training Events at Authorised venues that are “Off the Highway” Using Public Highways is specifically outside the scope of BORDA’s Codes of Practice.

BORDA Quality Assurance
BORDA has Industry Leading Codes of Practice, rigorous accreditation programmes for sites, supervisors and trainers and a reputation for high standards. If for any reason you feel that these high standards have not been met or you would like to comment on the level of service you have received from a BORDA official or member you can contact the compliance officer who will deal swiftly with the situation. WARNING
We are aware that occasionally NON BORDA members may be displaying the BORDA logo or claiming to offer BORDA training on their promotional materials and web sites.
Although our compliance officer endeavours to correct these claims it is impossible to police all the claims, all of the time.
If an organisation is not listed on the BORDA website it is probably not a member, the only exceptions are provisional members that are working towards full accreditation.
Remember, Only accredited BORDA members have demonstrated an annual compliance with BORDA’s highly respected National Standards.
